Privacy and Cookie Management Policy

With this policy, SEED SAS (hereinafter, the “Company”) intends to inform users of the website https://www.seedgammiste.com (hereinafter the “Site”) of the policy adopted regarding the protection of personal data. The Company emphasizes its commitment and attention to protecting the privacy of visitors to the Site.

Browse the Site is free and does not require prior registration or identification. However, certain areas of the Site, to access specifically identified services (e.g., configurator, technical document, a contact form…), may require the provision of personal data.

The data controller is the company SEED SAS, whose head office is located at Avenue de la Pierre Vallée 50220 POILLEY, Thomas DIDRY.

Communication to third parties Your data is not communicated to third parties. However, it may be disclosed in application of a law or a decision of a competent judicial authority. Your data is processed by the authorized personnel of the Company. For functional reasons, the Company may use service providers (subcontractors) to manage certain tasks.

Merger / acquisition operations In the event of participation in a merger or acquisition operation, we undertake to guarantee the confidentiality of your data and to inform you before it is transferred or subjected to new confidentiality rules.

Aggregation of data We may publish and use aggregated information (which does not allow the identification of an individual user) for market analysis or demographic profiling purposes.

Transfer of data outside the European Union The Company undertakes not to transfer the personal data of its users outside the European Union. However, if a transfer proves necessary, for example for the use of third-party cookies, it would be carried out in compliance with the regulations.

5. Data Retention Period

Technical data is kept for the time strictly necessary for the realization of the purposes. Personal data is not kept beyond the time necessary for the execution of contractual obligations.

  • Contact requests: The data is processed for the time necessary to manage your request, then deleted.

  • Inactivity: If you do not authenticate yourself on the Site for a period of three years, your data will be deleted after notification by e-mail.

  • Right to data portability: Receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, in order to reuse it.

You also have a right to delete your data which you can exercise at any time by contacting the publisher.

If you believe that the processing of your data infringes the provisions of the Regulation, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, such as the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).

8. Security and Breaches

We undertake to implement all appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee a level of security adapted to the risks. In the event of illegal or unauthorized access to your data, we undertake to:

  • Notify you of the incident as soon as possible.

  • Examine the causes of the incident.

  • Take the necessary measures to mitigate the negative effects.

The notification of an incident cannot be assimilated to an admission of fault or responsibility.

9. Account Deletion

Where applicable, the user has the option to delete their account at any time by simple request to the publisher or via their account settings. In the event of a violation of this policy, the publisher reserves the right to restrict your access without prior warning.

10. Modification of the Privacy Policy
